Ireland

Ireland was so beautiful and it is a country that I really should have visited sooner. Then, when I decided to go I had to cancel twice. Going to this beautiful island in the North Atlantic took a few years but it was well worth it. Everything from the landscape to the people were amazing. I was told by many of my Irish friends how friendly the people would be and it was true. They were some of the nicest people I have met in my travels. As for the landscape, it was much more diverse than I expected. I knew about the farms, the sheep and the castles, but I was not expecting to see some of the most beautiful mountain landscapes. But the castle are what drew me to go. I have always wanted to photograph castles. I must say that I truly loved Ireland and hope to go back again and explore the areas that I was not able to see on this trip. Slainta!
