Long Island New York

Do you know how when you live in a place you don't explore it. Many people like myself who live in New York City have never been to the Statue Of Liberty. Long Island is like that for me. I live in Queens which is actually the bottom of the Island. And I have been on Long Island hundreds of times. Going to concerts, visiting friends, shopping and many other times but have never really explored the island to photograph. During this time of covid, I thought it would be a good time to do so. It is really a beautiful place with many amazing towns and amazing nature. It also has a very interesting history, from whaling towns to aerospace. I really should have been exploring this great area before. Please keep looking at this gallery as my Long Island photo journey is just beginning.
