The American South West

" Go West, young man." Said Horace Greeley. So I did. I have been out west before but not to photograph. Nor was I ever in Utah or Arizona. This journey, which was taken in late September 2016, had three planned stops. The Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. All were truly amazing. The rocks and mountains are of colors one could not imagine without seeing them. All three canyons were beautiful yet totally different and unique. Each has its own gallery here for you to see. Try to imagine being there and try to comprehend the majesty of each. This gallery however is about the journey. This gallery will contain the amazing views I found along the way. From rocky cliffs to open roads. To cows in pastures to clouds over cliffs. All truly beautiful but only a small sample of what is the American West. I hope to return soon.
